AL of San Jose has chosen 12 wonderful books 📚to read to students in 46 San Jose elementary school classrooms during this school year. 🏫

The selection includes a variety of biographies, science and fiction to spark their imaginations and introduce topics of interest. These 12 books will be added to each classroom library.📖📖

Every month each of the 2nd and 3rd graders in the program will also be gifted a book that they can keep and take home. As Garrison Kiellor said, “A book is a gift you can open again and again.”

And the best gift of all is to instill the love of reading into every classroom we visit. Join us!💝
