This is the time of year many volunteer readers receive special ‘thank you” notes from students. Students in Ms. Rivas’ class at Ryan Elementary School wrote thank you cards for their Readers Are Leaders volunteers, saying:
“Thank you for reading to us” . . . “I love the books you read to us and your funny and nice” . . . “Thank you for giving us books and crafts” . . .  “Thank you for being so nice” . . .
