Our Marketing and Communication team has planned quarterly flyers and newspaper ads to keep the community informed about our programs.

We have developed several videos to showcase our successes and to help recruit members.

We have participated in community building activities in churches and senior living communities.

Day of Authors

Wichita State University Hughes Metroplex

 

This special event brings six inspiring authors to Wichita to host small group sessions where they will share stories, answer questions, and autograph books.   The day begins with a Continental breakfast and a speaker followed by the opportunity to attend two break-out sessions, enjoy a delicious lunch, and hear another inspiring author.  Scattered throughout the day is an opportunity to purchase the authors’ books and obtain autographs.

Cost:   $90 which covers Continental Breakfast, full lunch and the events of the day.

2018 Gingerbread Village At Exploration Place

November 10-11

Join us at Exploration Place in the heart of Wichita, 300 N McLean Blvd. This family event is a kickoff for our Holiday season. Bring your children, grandchildren and neighbors to share in the construction of your unique Gingerbread house and share in the many exhibits of our world class Science Center.

Admission Prices

Exploration Place members will be admitted with their membership card and $5.00.

Adults: (12-64) $10.50

Seniors: (64+)  $9.00

Youth: (2-11)     $7:00

Under 2 years are free.
