Basic Kneads, a philanthropic program addressing community food insecurity, allows auxiliary members to donate food to local area pantries, volunteer during food distribution days, and assemble packages for students attending schools in Deer Park ISD, La Porte ISD, and Texas City ISD.

From August to May, after Snack Attack Packs are assembled and delivered, 1,080 students receive these packs, which contain a microwaveable meal, sweet and salty snacks, and a refreshing drink to support their nutritional needs outside of school hours.

This collaboration with adult members will provide 10,800 meals during the 2024-2025 school year.
