Service Requirements*
I agree to the 5 meeting and 15 hour Assisteens-Approved service hours requirements. I understand that five of the fifteen hours must be in one or more of the Assisteens philanthropic programs and two of the fifteen hours must be in resource development that includes working in the chapter's resale shop or participating in the Assisteens annual fundraising event. I acknowledge if I do not achieve all of these requirements, I will not be issued a renewal invitation for the following and subsequent high school years.
New Member Orientation*
I understand I must attend a New Member Orientation with a parent to complete the application process. If the new member orientation is not attended, I understand I will not remain a member and all payments made are nonrefundable.
Assisteens Dress Code*
I understand once I receive my Assisteens T-shirt, I must wear it at all functions to receive credit for service hours and meetings. Additionally, all other clothing must adhere to standards communicated by the Assisteens Coordinator.
