Once a month, AL of San Jose volunteers read📖 to the moms and their children living at Parisi House on the Hill.

🤱👩‍👧‍👦Tots five years old and younger live at Parisi House with their moms while their mothers are offered support to break free from addiction.

Story Hour is a wonderful break for the residents while offering examples of how to strengthen mother/child bonds. During the hour, volunteers read📖, sing🎶 and teach baby sign language👋. These important but simple tools will be used by the mothers when they are on their own.
