This very valuable volunteer joined in 2024. Her infectious smile and energetic, “can do” attitude have been a perfect fit in Assistance League. From the beginning, she got involved and saw opportunities where she could help. As a co-chair of the Social Committee, she immediately helped arrange monthly gatherings of fun activities. She loves to put together people who may not know each other in the hopes of expanding relationships. With her role as co-chair of the Education Committee, she has not let “technical” difficulties get in the way of orienting new members and her warm and outgoing personality welcomed new volunteers to our organization. ThisVVV also is a regular at the front of the Thrift Shop as well as in the back room because, as she puts it, “That is where connections are made!” Last, but not least, this VVV believes in sharing the joy – she has already referred 3 of her friends who have become members.
