In April our Readers Are Leaders volunteers read “Carl and the Meaning of Life” written and illustrated by Deborah Freedman and “Dinosaur Lady” by Linda Skeers, illustrated by Marta Alvarez Miguens. After reading, the books were donated to the classroom so students can read them by themselves. Every student received an activity to think about the books and enrich their reading experience. This month they all received dinosaur bookmarks too!
