Spring is a very rewarding time for the Scholarship Committee, as we begin presenting awards to our partners. This year we are awarding $16,000 for the Assisting Women’s Achievement Scholarship at Columbia College, $6,000 at Stephens College, $6,000 to the Sinclair School of Nursing, $3,000 to Columbia STEM Alliance, and $20,000 to Moberly Area Community College to fund scholarships in three certificate programs. In acknowledgement, Julie Kiefer, MACC Practical Nursing Coordinator, wrote:

 “Words cannot express my gratitude to the Assistance League of Mid-Missouri for the gift you gave me today! Please express my sincere thanks and excitement to the members of ALMM. Your gift will touch so many lives enabling our students to have the capability to reach their goals.”
